"Am I not worthy? I’m very grateful to have survived 49 years where so many didn’t get so lucky. I am the same as everyone else on this planet. I breath the same air and feel the same wind.

I choose happiness every day and thank god when my feet hit the floor I get another chance to be better."

  • "Hardship is your biggest Gift"

"Going through divorce, that's going to be one of the best things from your personal standpoint. Wonderful things will happen from that. When we go through these traumatic these hard, these difficult times. To me, that's what builds us. That's what gets us to where we are. That's how we grow. If we didn't have all the shit that happens to us, we would never grow."

  • How does you childhood affect your romantic relationships?

THE SECURE, THE ANXIOUS, AND THE AVOIDANT Adult attachment designates three main “attachment styles,” or manners in which people perceive and respond to intimacy in romantic relationships, which parallel those found in children: Secure, Anxious, and Avoidant. Basically, secure people feel comfortable with intimacy and are usually warm and loving; anxious people crave intimacy, are often preoccupied with their relationships, and tend to worry about their partner’s ability to love them back; avoidant people equate intimacy with a loss of independence and constantly try to minimize closeness.
