The R&R team completed the Randall’s Island (NYC) Go Nuts for Donuts 10k today and they're here bring you some tips as to why they felt strong so strong after the beast Stowe Half Marathon, how they trained, what they ate (Halloween candy!) and why acknowledging and overcoming the pain cave is so important.

Cranky and Tumbles have made their safe return to the AT as they conquer another section of Shenandoah National Park.  A pleasant 21 miles gets the duo to mile 912 and an eye toward the end of their 101 AT journey of the park (about time!).  Chats about the park’s layout of the trail, the campsites and the new Guthook app update which is now called FarOut.
