African Americans have the highest prevalence of Alzheimer's disease and related dementias, but many don't get the support they need. Dr. Fayron Epps is helping to change that. She's devoted her career as a nurse leader to reducing health disparities for underserved populations through innovative, culturally relevant programs for the Black community.
