Rodolfo is a Bitcoin entrepreneur from Brazil who has founded a variety of interesting and important projects such as BTC Look, Opendime, and Coinkite. He is based in Toronto.

We discuss Opendime; after this, the majority of the discussion focuses on the various technical and economic arguments in the Bitcoin scaling debate, how Bitcoin is run, and what Bitcoin is.
