Roei is one of the leading figures in the up-and-coming “Faithful Left” movement, holds a Master's in Jewish History, and has a record of over a decade teaching Judaism to diverse audiences. He is an activist in the “Bnei Avraham” protective presence group and the founder and head of the Midrasha Emunit, which translates to “The Faithful Freedom School” in Hebrew. And, he is a pirate.
