In this episode we move on from the Zodiac Connection and talk about a pair of serial killers who had been linked to the SRHM early on in the investigation. The hillside Stranglers Kenneth Bianchi and Angelo Buono fit the description from witnesses of a man with Bushy afro like hair with a partner who was seen with one of the Sonoma County girls.

Wendy and I deep dive into the hillside strangler's horrible history in order to show you how the police made this connection. Join us as we discuss the lives, the victims and the capture of two of America's most notorious serial killers in part 6 of the Santa Rosa Hitchhiker Murder series.

We talked about a ton of suspects so far. Including some Infamous names like Ted Bundy, but now we are going to talk about the connection to the Zodiac Killer. Featured in the Documentary " the truth about Jim" Jim Mordecai was suspected by his family to be the Santa Rosa Hitchhiker murderer AND also the Zodiac Killer. Since the murders in 1972 and 1973, the Zodiac has been a suspect in the SRHM's that took place in the same state. SO, we talk about the Zodiac killer's crimes, the list of Zodiac suspects and their possible connections to the Santa Rosa crimes in Sanoma County.

Join Wendy and I as we dive deeper into the rabbit hole that is the Santa Rosa Hitchhiker murders...

The third installment of the Santa rosa hitch hiker murders is wrapping up the victims' descriptions, links and crime scenes. We are talking about potential Santa rosa victims and published findings that may or may not be linked to the SRHM's. Wendy asks some intense questions as we spitball the possibilities of the killer's profile by elaborating on our own theories and suspicions.

Join us as we talk about a case in LA that might be linked to the SRHM and I call BTK "that asshole from Wichita" because I'm an old b**** and can't remember s***.

Last episode of the Santa Rosa Hitchhiker murders we talked about the disappearance of Maureen Sterling and Yvonne Weber along with Lori Lee Kursa. This week We talk about more victims of the Santa Rosa Hitchhiker murderer and talk about what his profession might be, the connections and conclusions police are coming to and we go into great detail on poisonings. Specifically, Strychnine.

At this point, there are no new leads, girls are still being dumped down embankments, the police are risking their lives to get down to the crime scenes and more victims are being found with one earring missing.

The map I referenced is available at www.santarosahitchhikermurders.com along with all of the articles used to reference this case.

This year we decided to do a special Halloween episode in Lou of spooky month. We picked two separate tales of Demon Encounters to wet your paranormal whistle. Wendy picked a tale a personal friend had told her about, and I picked a Demon story from our Listener emails.

We talk about horror movies, Ouija boards, Cinematic Spooky Trivia and talk about our costumes and decorations for this Samhain.

Let the Spooktacular Spookiness commence !

In California, during the years 1970s , hitchhiking was the form of transportation for a lot of really young people. Girls as old as 12 were hitchhiking to get around. But with hitchhiking came the dangers of people who preyed on the trusting free-spirited children of America.  In Santa Rosa, during the years 1972 and 1973, a string of disappearances had the community in an uproar. The bodies of several teenagers and preteens were found nude, bound and dumped in isolated areas around Sanoma County. All the girls were dumped down embankments and the murders have never been solved.

This was a highly requested case on TikTok, so I went down a rabbit hole. Most podcasts summarize the suspect and the murders. but I went into great detail about the crime scenes, the suspects and the theories so that maybe we can finally get someone to come forward to finally get this case solved. We are peons on the grand scale, but it's nice to hope that maybe just getting all of this information out there will help catch the killer... or at least find out who he is...

This is a 7-part series, chock full of information... so strap in as we transport you back to the 1970's and walk you through the Santa rosa hitchhiker murders

If you have any information about the Santa rosa hitchhiker murders, please contact the Sonoma county police @ https://www.sonomasheriff.org/report-a-crime

Please come forward if you know something... help these families get closure

My god, no pun intended, this is part 2 of our two part series on the lamb of god cult, also known as the KOG ( Kingdom of God) and how Ervil Lebaron (aka the mormon manson) was able to instill such deep rooted values that his cult continued on his extremist legacy, even after his suspicious death in prison.

In this part of the series we talk about how the rest of the cult members get caught, who turns on them, and how the members dealt with the aftermath. Join us as wendy and I discuss our opinions on extremists and traverse one of the craziest cult cases i've ever covered.

Ervil Lebaron, Joel and Verlan start a fundamentalist mormon polygamous cult called the Kingdom of God. Joel is the new prophet and is beloved by his followers. The three brothers grow the cult by recruiting members and having a LOT of children. The cult goes from a few hundred to over 1000 members. But envious of Joel's power, Ervil becomes determined to take the cult for himself.

Eventually the tension became too great between the two brothers and they split into two separate sects. Joel had taken 900 followers with him to another compound, while Ervil took his 100 followers and had to start all over from the beginning. To Ervil this split was a slight on him. So he decided Joel had to pay for his sins... with blood....

Join Wendy and I as we discuss the premise of the Hulu docu-series "daughters of the cult" and tell you about what cult life was like for the Lebaron children, how they feared and loved their blood thirsty cult leader and how he convinced them to carry out over 30 murders in the name of "god".

In 1993, Nell met an attractive man at her place of employment. The two hit it off very quickly. He was sweet, quiet and seemingly concerned for her well being. But soon that all changed when the signs of manipulation and control started rearing their ugly heads. Nell quickly learned that Tony was a wolf in sheeps clothing.
