Rogue Bunnies Mayhem

Ava Fabian, Playmate of the Month for August '86, has already lived the life that most of us have dreamt of. She's appeared in numerous films and television shows, had her own LA nightclub and "rubbed elbows" with just about every celebrity. Like hosts Victoria Fuller and Jennifer Pershing said, "Ava knows everybody!"

How could we possibly fit all of her stories in one episode? Well, we couldn't. In Part One, Ava tells the story of how Playboy discovered her. Then, we find out all about "Ava's", her nightclub/restaurant that was filled with celebrities on a nightly basis, even Mr. Hefner made an appearance (or two). 

Her stories are endless and filled with vivid detail. There's one about a legendary pop icon who used to come and visit her club late-night, smoke bombs and a sportscaster's disposable camera. Ava and Victoria Fuller also recount their 'Bunny Suit World Tour".

This week's show is our final recording from the Rogue Bunnies Mansion 2.0 Party, from Vegas back in September, and we saved the best for last. 

Let us preface this by stating that this episode was recorded after 2a (the party started at 8:30p). Hosts Brian Olea and Jennifer Pershing had been talking ALL night and possibly imbibing with a few cocktails. There, you've been forewarned!

All-in-all, there were 17 Playboy Playmates (NEVER say "former Playmate"), and current Rogue Bunnies, at the inaugural Rogue Bunnies Bash. We got 6 of those beauties to come on and recap the night's festivities, that's including our two hosts Miss March '0i9 and Miss January '96. Do we really need to tell those two names  still? Okay, we will. Joining Jennifer Pershing, Victoria Fuller and Brain are Raquel Pomplun (Playmate of the Year 2013), Alison Waite (Miss May '06), Carly Lauren (Miss October '13), and newcomer to the podcast, Playmate of the Month for June 2001, Heather Spytek.

Miss September '90, Kerri Kendalll, is certainly one of the most popular Playboy Playmates, having appeared in over 30 of Mr. Hefner's publications, so naturally a crowd would gather. Maybe the crowd gathered for the "Rogue Bunnies Mansion 2.0 Party" in Vegas but we think it was because of Kerri.

Joining Kerri in this episode are Patrice Hollis, Miss September '07, Rogue Bunnies Lead Tech, Darian Parish, hosts Brian Olea & Jennifer Pershing, our old friend Scott Ramsay and we even get a quick visit from Victoria Fuller, who'll be back co-hosting soon. 

Kerri, Jenn and Patrice talk about the "sisterhood" that the Playmates share and cherish. Also, there's a great story about famed director Michael Bay, who directed Kerri's Playmate Video. Of course, this was a few years before he went on to direct some major box office hits. The President & CEO of Playboy Golf, Ajay Pathak, explains to hosts Brian Olea and Jennifer Pershing how Playboy Golf came to be, the impact it had on Playboy Magazine and how Playboy Golf helped a few models become Playmates. Ajay and his close friend, entrepreneur Paul Hymas, share some great stories about a few of the memorable Playboy Golf events. 

One great story you, Ajay was front & center at Jenn's wedding...literally. The two have had some amazing times together, even before Ajay was the officiant at Jenn's big day. Wait until you hear the stories about the "Maid of the Mist" and “Denny's".

We're back at the Rogue Bunnies 2.0 Mansion Party, in Las Vegas, which happens to be the birthplace of this weeks guest, Tishara Cousino. 

The Playmate of the Month for May 1999, shares her memories of becoming a Playmate and her favorite Mansion Party. Tishara has a great story about the person who pushed her to become a Playmate and their run-in once her issue came out. Hosts Brian Olea and Jennifer Pershing also ask Miss May '99 about her interactions with Mr. Hefner, the advice he gave her and not knowing what pictures were going to be chosen for her issue, until it came out. 

The group also discussed what type of "themed" party Rogue Bunnies should have for their next outing. Lots of good suggestions that will have to be relayed to Miss January '96 & Queen Rogue Bunny, Miss Victoria Fuller...And the Mayhem continues! 🤟

Brian Olea and Jennifer Pershing were lucky to grab David, at the Rogue Bunnies Mansion 2.0 Party, back in September. David has so many stories to tell, including the reason for starting this new project. He even brought a few guests, MECÉ Publisher Nicole Bigham (a model herself) and Decembers "Model In The Middle" Summer Kristen. Nicole shares her story of how David shot her Playboy test shoot and why she had to turn down her "dream" opportunity.

David discovered MANY models that ended up as Playmates and one happens to be a Rogue Bunny, who just happened to be at the party. You must hear when Miss March '07, Tyran Richard, recognizes David. You'll understand her reaction when you hear how influential he was to her career...And the Mayhem continues! 🤟

Miss May '06, Alison Waite, joins the show, from the Breathe Convention in Las Vegas. Alison is no stranger to Vegas, having lived and worked there, but will always be a California girl. Alison tells hosts Brian Olea and Jennifer Pershing about the difficulties of living in "Sin City". 

Before heading to Vegas, Alison lived at the Bunny House and talked about some of the "unwritten rules" of living there. The list of Playmates, that Alison lived with, will make every person jealous. Speaking of Bunny House rules, there’s a great story about guitarist Dave Navarro. Alison also remembers a "trippy" ride home, with Playmate of the Month for June '05, Kara Monaco and our favorite...is The Mansion Guest House haunted? Teri Harrison, Playmate of the Month for October ‘02, is the Roguest (we know that’s not a word) of the Rogue Bunnies. 

Her stories are endless, legendary and hilarious. In this episode alone, you’ll hear about a burnt bunny costume, touring with Sevendust (her ex-husband is the drummer and founding member Morgan Rose), an uneaten pizza with a Black Eyed Pea, “Cooking On The Fly” and drinking shot-for-shot with Metallica drummer Lars Ulrich.
