Roll High or Die Podcast

The Silver Guard returns to the ruined church to recover the relics needed to repair the broken ward, but nothing is ever simple with this group. Before they can leave, old promises must be made, fallen enemies must be cleared away, and a mysterious weapon begins raising questions of its own. Back in town, the High Keeper prepares a dangerous ritual while the party handles restless guards, magical equipment, and more distractions than anyone has time for. By nightfall, the ward is restored, but only partially, and the threat hanging over the town is far from over.

The Silver Guard races back to town with a new ally in tow, only to find that the situation has grown worse in their absence. With the High Keeper awake and the truth behind the spreading possession finally coming into focus, the group learns that stopping the disaster will mean returning to a place they only just escaped. There are old spirits, missing relics, restless dead, and very little time to set things right. Along the way, the party deals with a few unexpected threats, questionable decisions, and the usual trouble that seems to follow them wherever they go.

The Silver Guard reaches an old church hidden in the forest, searching for a way to wake the High Keeper before the town falls further under the spirits’ influence.

Inside, the party finds goblins, old holy wards, buried secrets, and a sacred place still protected by powers they do not fully understand. Outside, the danger grows closer, and the group must decide how much noise they can make before the wrong people come knocking.
