The Hating Game, is a 2021 romcom that may have reignited the rom-com boom that is currently happening, starring Lucy Hale and Austin Stowell. Jenny and Abbey start with storytime involving N'Sync and a receiving a cringe selfie right after a first date. Separate stories, but you can guess which one belongs to which gal!  Then the girls dive into the topic of workplace romances, whether they're appropriate, and how to go about them! They also discuss the sex empowered female character in this rom-com as well as how men only have one light on in their house (brain) at a time. Take care of your love ferns!

We are back after a much needed break, and starting off the ep with a VMA recap in our hot gosling segment. Then we dive into the 2022 Netflix film, Look Both Ways, with our girl Lili Reinhart. We talk about the important thought process of “what if it all works out?”, the mindset of knowing God, and the universe have your back, and why stepping into your true identity can lead to a happy life. The Queen is never late, everyone else is simply early. The Princess Diaries 2: Royal Engagment is a rom com sequel we stan becuase duh, Chris Pine. The girls recap their weeks with Abbey having been at home with her cows, and Jenny here in LA with her new AC unit. Abbey argues that Mia had a very lame 21st birthday and bachelorette party. Jenny points out how sparks fly in romcoms all the time, but it's needed to sometimes take a closer look at where the spark is stemming from. The Sweetest Thing was this week's movie and that's really what Cam Diaz is! She had America by the balls in 2002 and we could not be happier about the news of her coming back to the big screen. Jenny tells us how she peed in her water bottle and Abbey brings up some key boundaries to set in relationships. LIke would you give your phone password to the person you're seeing? Or why is defining what you're looking for on a dating app so confusing!?
