If I could successfully learn to speak a hundred languages then I probably would! Since this isn't the case because of factors like time and distance then there will surely be languages that I will never learn.

Everyone learning a language is going to at some point be hesitant to speak for fear they will be laughed at or made fun of. I've gone through this and spoken with a lot of people who don't want to speak in front of others for this very reason.
