Hey, y'all! (In Outcast's voice). I'm back this week with a new review!! I apologize for missing last week, but I was busy with holiday stuff (the Americans know what I'm talking about). Anyway, the book in the hot seat is Tools of Engagement by Ms. Tessa Bailey. Listen to find out why it got a low score out of 10 and if it's worth a read.

This week Addy continues her series reviewing Tessa Bailey's Hot & Hammered trilogy by talking about her book "Love Her or Lose Her." Then Addy starts discussing her first ever bad review in the new segment called "Books I Read That Are S*****" (working title). This week, the book in the hot seat is by Meg Cabot, legendary author of "The Princess Diaries" series, and her new romance novel called "No Words." Listen to find out if Tessa Bailey's book is worth reading and why "No Words" has a low ranking of 1/10.
Hellooo this week Addy reviews the first book in the Tessa Baliey trilogy, "Hot and Hammered." Listen as Fix Her Up is reviewed and why it can be a bit problematic but overall a good book! Luckily, Hazelnut was not a factor this week for adding unnecessary background but the yelling by Addy is a bit much so apologies for that! Come back next week for the second book of the trilogy to be reviewed, Love Her or Lose Her. Make sure to follow the podcast on Instagram @romanticreadspodcast. Thank you for listening!
Take 2 Electric Boogaloo! This week Addy reviews two books written by Hispanic authors, Alexis Daria and Mia Sosa, in honor of the National Hispanic Heritage Month. Alexis Daria wrote You Had Me at Hola, and Mia Sosa wrote The Worst Best Man; listen to find out if they were worth the read or not and please excuse Addy's awful pronunciation of the authors and characters names.

Welcome to the debut episode of Romantic Reads, where Addy talks about her three favorite first books of a trilogy; Brings Down the Duke by Evie Dunmore, Get a Life, Chole Brown by Talia Hibbert, and The Kiss Quotient by Helen Hoang. Let's be honest upfront--Addy will most likely sidetrack in 100 different directions and talk about her dog Hazelbutt for a majority of the time. When she goes back to talking about books, there's a good chance she will forget names and other details about the book. Her big bro Casey will stop by randomly to talk about his favorite Tom Clancy novels. No editing is required! Anxiety city!
