TVC 600.3: TV Confidential brings you coverage of a special screening of Ron Howard's Emmy-nominated documentary Rebuilding Paradise that took place in Ojai, California this past Sunday, Oct. 16, an event that Howard himself arranged on behalf of his longtime friend Anson Williams. Williams recently ran for mayor of his hometown of Ojai; one of the most pressing issues of Anson's mayoral campaign was and is the need for fire awareness and prevention. A question-and-answer session between Howard and New York Times bestselling author Michael Arkush followed the Oct. 16 screening; in this brief clip from the Q and A, Howard discusses his longtime personal connection to the town of Ojai, and what led him to make Rebuilding Paradise.
