Rona Barrett's Gray Matters book was published one year after the grand opening of the Golden Inn & Village, the award-winning innovation in housing and wellness services for seniors in their time of need, from the nonprofit Rona Barrett Foundation. 2021 marks the 5th anniversary of the opening of the Golden Inn & Village.

The importance of sleep just keeps getting more clear;  how it affects our physical and cognitive health, our relationships, our work - just about everything we do. There's a lot of good advice out there, but If we're going to make changes for the better, this conversation's going to get a lot more personal!
