4. White Noise (I use the app Rain Rain - free app and you can be on the beach, in a rainstorm, basically anywhere that drowns out any sounds to give you the optimal sleep!)

5. Eye Mask (yeah I know it looks nerdy and all but keeping out any light keeps the circadian rhythm in natural flow. It's big time, trust me!)
