Hello Reiki friends, and welcome back to ReikiCafe Radio! This week, in honor of our seven week Chakra Jumpstart workshop, we are doing a deep dive into morning and evening routines, and how setting a daily ritual can help strengthen our connection to Root Chakra.

The power of Root Chakra comes from its sense of safety and security. Root Chakra is the foundation of all the other Chakras, the solid ground on which we build health and wellbeing. Facilitating healing through Root Chakra can take the form of morning and evening rituals. Some examples of morning routines include:

-Meditation
-Breathwork
-Pulling an Oracle card
-Future forecasting journaling
-Blissful movement
-Chanting
-Intentional Exercise

Some examples of evening routines may include:

-Gratitude journaling
-Journal gratitude for 5 things you want to complain about
-Give your to-do list to the Divine
-Self-Reiki

Integrating any of these techniques into your morning and evening rituals will help you stay balanced, grounded, and secure within yourself.
