Today we’re talking about a remarkable woman from Scripture and the kind of model she sets for women who want to be godly mothers and really the rest of us too.

Our drive to be busy as a measure of success is not really about productivity or achieving any measurable goal at all. It’s about control. It’s about the idolatry that says we run our lives, instead of God.

Isn’t it amazing the kinds of questions the church is asked today? Nevertheless this is being asked because our society has wholly embraced vulgarity. Does the church need to embrace the status quo to remain relevant?

We come to Christ voluntarily out of love, but when we call Him Master, we are branded to serve Him for the rest of our lives. What does that brand look like? What simple, unique and easy to identify mark do Christians bear so that others can recognize us?
