Mars, our planet of action, courage, and assertion has moved in the mutable earth sign of Virgo beginning on July 10th and remaining there until August 27th. In this sign Mars will want to find ways to get things done in a more adaptable way. Mars in Virgo can be subtle and strategic in the way he will help accomplish things. Mars is in an approaching opposition to Saturn who is retrograde in Pisces. This opposition will be exact on July 20th. Saturn is our planet of responsibility, self-discipline, and order. Saturn's stay in Pisces represents how Saturn wants to help us create new worlds. These can be goals or dreams that one has had and with Saturn in Pisces he will help instruct us or what needs to be done in order to bring forth a dream or vision we may have or have been working on.

Mercury has moved into Leo as of July 11th and is making another quick trip in Leo as he departs Leo on July 28th. Mercury is our planet of communication, reason, and self-awareness. In Leo, Mercury will want to express our desires in a heart-felt way, be aware of being dramatic as this will be easy to do with Mercury in Leo. But Mercury in Leo will help create a positive outlook on the daily doings of life as well as be interested in having sincere conversations with loved ones. This is a good time for self-promotion as Mercury can help with feeling self-assured on the next steps of a project or relationship.

We also have a New Moon in Cancer arriving on Monday, July17th, the day the Moon rules. This New Moon in Cancer is another good time to check in with where you are this year in relation to what you goals are for the year. This Moon will energize your intuitive nature so take note of what you are sensing or feeling is the best next move to make. This is also a good Moon to pay attention to your dreams and journal them so you can see what messages may be coming to you from the Universe.

This episode is filled with tips or how to handle what the Cosmos is serving up for this week as we prepare for Venus to go retrograde on July 22nd. I also include information on a few of the additional aspects taking place this week and some information on the upcoming Mercury retrograde that takes place next month.

I give an update on the planets that have already gone retrograde and the upcoming planets that will be going retrograde this summer. I also give some tips on what may be helpful this summer in working with these retrograde planets.

We are at the beginning of a retrograde season! Pluto is retrograde and has moved back into Capricorn where he will spend the remainder of the year. In this episode I give the dates of the degrees that Pluto is covering which are 29 to 27 degrees of Capricorn and I corelate them to the times that Pluto was at this same degree stage. On Saturday, June 17th we have Saturn in Pisces going retrograde until November 4th. Saturn is at 7 degrees and will retrograde back to 0 degrees before going direct. Saturn moved into Pisces on March 7th and Saturn is considered the 7th planet in traditional astrology. It feels like the number 7 will have some meaning during this retrograde. What has Saturn in Pisces asked of you so far? How have you felt this energy (or not)? The retrograde will bring a slowdown, but it may also help bring something or someone from your past back to you.

Mercury is making a very quick trip through his home sign of Gemini, having moved into his own sign on June 11th. Mercury will be in Gemini until June 26th. This is a good time to get ideas down on paper at least to see what you may want to be working with once Mercury moves into Cancer. This is also a great time to spend with friends and taking time for conversations that help you see different side to someone you thought you knew everything about.

We have a New Moon in Gemini coming up on June 17th/18th depending on your time zone. The Moon moves into Gemini on June 15th and will meet up with the Sun at 26 degrees. Leading up to this New Moon we will have the Moon conjunct Mercury on June 16th and then the Moon will have a sextile (a favorable meet up) with Venus in Leo on Friday as well, so this is a great day to have an experience that expands your mind and gives you a new way to look at things. On Saturday, June 17th we have Mercury in Gemini sextile Venus in Leo which can help with ideas for creative projects or again some great conversation with those who matter to you. New Moons are normally a great time to begin something and use for intention or goal setting and this New Moon is able to do that but there is one thing to be aware of and that is the square (tension) between Neptune in Pisces and the Sun and Moon in Gemini. Take some time to make sure that any information you receive is accurate and give some time for ideas to develop before acting on them.

While there is a bit of mindfulness needed for this New Moon, which is appropriate for a Gemini New Moon we do have an aspect taking place just after the New Moon on Monday, June 19th between Jupiter in Taurus and Saturn Rx (retro) in Pisces. Jupiter will sextile Saturn. A sextile is a harmonious aspect, a conversation between two planets about how they can help each other help us to move forward in our lives. This is the first meetup of these two planets since the great conjunction in December 2020 when they met up at 0 degrees of Aquarius during the Winter Solstice. And now on their journey they are in a position to check in on each other to see what progress has been made. Jupiter has traveled from Aquarius to Taurus since December 2020 while Saturn who moves slower has traveled to Pisces since then. The sextile means they are in compatible elements. Jupiter being in an earth sign and Saturn being in a water sign. How has your life changed since December 2020? What might Saturn and Jupiter be able to help you with at this juncture?

We wrap up this week and this episode with Venus in Leo moving into her shadow phase on June 20th at 12 degrees, pay attention from this moment through July 22nd when Venus goes retrograde as this will be the area of focus for her retrograde period in your life. And on Wednesday, June 21st we will have the Sun move into Cancer bringing the Summer Solstice and the official start of summer in the northern hemisphere.

We are now at the halfway point of the year! And the cosmic energies just keep building and shifting in some big ways. We begin this month with Jupiter in Taurus conjunct the North Node in Taurus as the North Node is finishing up it's journey in Taurus. The North Node is the lunar ecliptic point that wants us to grow outside our comfort zone. Jupiter is the planet of growth and opportunity. When these two meet up between June 1st - 3rd pay attention to the opportunities that may come your way. And this conjunction is an energy signature of the Full Moon in Sagittarius that we have on June 3rd/4th depending on your time zone. We also have the conjunction between Mercury (our planet of communication) and Uranus (our planet of surprises and revelations) taking place in Taurus under this light of the Full Moon. Uranus is considered a higher vibration of Mercury so again, pay attention to flashes of insight that may come your way. This Full Moon is known as the Strawberry Moon among it's many names because this is the ripe berry season time of the year as we are in the last stages of Spring and getting ready for summer which beigns on June 21st with the Summer Solstice.

I give a run down of other important dates for this month in this episode but a few to be aware of with more information to follow in future episodes is the movement of Venus in Leo which takes place on June 5th just after the Full Moon. Venus in Leo along with Mars who is currently travelling in Leo has the ability to create drama in the area of life that the sign of Leo is in your birth chart. Do you know where Leo is for you? Venus, our planet of relationships, money, values, and love will be in Leo for the next four months as she will retrograde through the sign of Leo beginning on July 22nd. Mercury will be moving into its home sign on of Gemini on June 11th and on the same day Pluto will retrograde back into the sign of Capricorn at 29 degrees. Mercury will be making a quick trip through the sign of Gemini so this is a god time to get done wat you can on your to do list. Because Mercury will move into the sign of Cancer on June 26th. Puto will remain in the sign of Capricorn for the rest of this year. I will have move on this transit in a future episode.

We also have Saturn going retrograde this month and begins in Pisces on June 17th and we end the month with Neptune in Pisces going retrograde on June 30th and these retrogrades last for months.

As we are in the season of Gemini (happy birthday to all Gemini's) we have the Gemini New Moon taking place on June18th and this New Moon is accompanied by a Mercury in Gemini sextile Venus in Leo on June 17th, the Sun squaring Neptune on June 18th, and Jupiter making a sextile to Saturn on June 19th. There will be more in an upcoming episode on this New Moon.

The Sun will move into Cancer and kick off summer on June 21st.

This episode is just a taste of what is to come this month and there are some tips for what to expect depending on your birth sign.

Welcome to the Taurus New Moon! This moon is at 28 degrees of Taurus which is a Venus ruled sign. This is the time to set intentions that you want to grow and build upon. This moon may feel intense for the fixed signs as we have Jupiter (planet of expansion and optimism) squaring off with Pluto in Aquarius (planet of soul growth, power, and control). But we also have Mercury in Taurus making another favorable aspect to Saturn in Pisces. This sextile between Mercury and Saturn wants us to work on what we want to grow long term. The North Node in Taurus and the South Node in Scorpio are also in the energy mix of this New Moon as they are asking us to move beyond our comfort zone with what we have learned and experienced during this past year and a half.

Mars is finishing up its stay in Cancer where it has had trouble expressing itself and Mars will make a sextile to the Moon so the energy may feel more anxious. This is a perfect Moon to ground yourself in nature, journal your intentions, as Venus the ruler of this New Moon is in Cancer it may be healing to be around a water source.

This episode is a shorter episode that discusses the big moves happening this weekend that are all part of the energy signature of this New Moon. I also give tips on how best to work with Jupiter now that he is in Taurus.

This is a pivotal week of the year! We begin with Mercury going direct in Taurus on May 14th and hopefully clearing up any misunderstandings that may have occurred while in retrograde. On Tuesday, May 16th Jupiter, our planet of expansion and faith moves into Taurus. Jupiter immediately squares Pluto in Aquarius as these two planets know change is needed but have different ideas on how to create that in our lives. This energy is what will bring us to the New Moon in Taurus on Friday, May 19th. This is a good time to make intentions and literally and figuratively plant some seeds that Jupiter can work with you on for the next year.

On Saturday we have Mars, our planet of action, courage, and aggression move into Leo. Mars will immediately oppose Pluto in the opposite sign of Aquarius while squaring Jupiter in Leo creating a T-Square in the fixed signs. This square will be with us through next week creating energy of change while also keeping the energy from moving outward. This episode gives you lots of tips on how to embrace this T-Square and this potent Taurus energy as well.

Happy Cinco de Mayo! Yep, it's 5/5 and the last Scorpio Full Moon Lunar Eclipse is here! There is no turning back. The change you have been experiencing is what has led up to this point in time and this eclipse will continue to work with us over the next few weeks and months. This eclipse is potent for a few reasons, one of which is, that it is conjunct the Taurus Full Moon Lunar eclipse of November 2022 and it also has Uranus, planet of surprise and revelation. in the mix. With this Full Moon we have the Sun, Mercury, who is still retrograde, and Uranus all in Taurus along with the North Node. The Sun and Moon are directly opposite each other during this eclipse and Uranus is just a few degrees away to be providing the unexpected that may be more unexpected than a usual eclipse. I give some tips on how to work with this eclipse as we begin to wrap up eclipses in this area of our chart (Taurus/Scorpio).

Once the eclipse is over we have some busy movement with the planets taking place in the upcoming week. We will have Venus, our relationship planet move into the sign of Cancer. Once in Cancer, Venus will help us to nurture ourselves so that we can nurture others! Keep in mind that while Cancer is the sign that rules over family that can mean many things in this age. The Sun and Uranus will be conjunct in the sign of Taurus on Tuesday, May 9th. What might you need you just may find unexpectedly around this time. You may also find that you are being well received and noticed at this time.

One of the fortunate days of this month which may spill over into the weekend will be May 12th when we have Mercury and Venus making sextiles (harmonic aspect). Mercury in Taurus will sextile Saturn in Pisces, and then Mercury will sextile Venus in Cancer, followed by Venus making a trine to Saturn. This is a great weekend to do what fills your soul, spend time with friends, and possibly even clear up a misunderstanding that may have taken place during this Mercury retrograde. Venus having a trine with Saturn wants to put you on solid ground (even thou these are water signs) with plans or a project you may be working on.

We close out the week and Mother's Day weekend with Mercury coming out of retrograde. Be prepared for a change needed in plans for your Mom but Mercury going direct in Taurus will help pick up the pace on projects that he slowed down to give you a chance to redirect your energy or revise what you may have been doing.

Venus in Gemini and Mercury in Taurus creates a mutual reception for these two planets as they are each in the home sign of the other. This will be helpful as we get ready for Mercury to go retrograde next week. Mercury will begin it's retrograde just after the New Moon Solar eclipse that takes place on April 19th/20th depending on your time zone. This eclipse takes place in Aries, again, yes, we had a New Moon last month at 0 degrees of Aries right around the Spring Equinox. This eclipse takes place 29 degrees of Aries which is a potent degree for any sign. This eclipse will be one that will unfold for us over a longer period of time between this year and next. I go into more depth in this episode but will also explore this theme in the New Moon episode next week.

You may find yourself still in the glow of the Sun/Jupiter conjunction that took place on April 11th and by degree point is still in play through April 13th/14th. We will have Venus in Gemini squaring Saturn in Pisces exact on April 14th but will probably be feeling this through the weekend. This square seems to have more to do with Saturn wanting us to begin the process of taking action on some of the inspirations you may have experienced this week with the Sun/Jupiter conjunction and the Venus/Pluto trine.

We are in the last quarter of the Moon which began today and is meant to prepare us for this upcoming New Moon Solar Eclipse, and I speak to things that will help to prepare us in this episode.
