She was placed on the bottom rung socially relationally and spiritually. yet, Jesus mets with her and had an offer for her of eternal life as she stood at the well trying to draw stagnant water Jesus offered her something that no one on this earth could offer. A living water that would bring up eternal life within her this is also an offer that he gives us.
