Looking at things from different points of view. Beginning to innerstand other from a judgement free perspective. Cultivating higher perspectives within. The prayer was "Spirit help me see myself as you see me" and the answer to this prayer was helping me see others how spirit sees them.
A little herbal tea on one aspect of a spiritual awakening, my version, my lessons. What it can be, how it can make you feel, what it will/may reveal. Dive deep and tune in. (Y'all may here me say essential a few times on one part of this episode and I meant to say imperative the whole time lol)
What type of "friend" are you? Are you freeing or are you restrictive? Most of our friendships/bestfriendship(s) are possessive in ways that often limit us from being our authentic selves or limit us in ways where we aren't "supposed" to make any new platonic friendships. Who wants to live that way anymore? Sometimes fear gets in the way of us allowing others to venture out into the world to be free, but what are you afraid of butterfly? You limit yourself but why try to limit others?
The ups and downs in life may make us feel like we are just being thrown around in every which way. The times of confusion, mistakes, re-direction, "failures", are all apart of the trial & error process (in my opinion). Within this episode Ashley Gee speaks about her experience with trial & error and how it has made her more grateful for the general processes of life. How have the trial & error processes been for you? How do you see them? and after listening to this episode how has your perspective changed or will your perspective change?
The title is pretty much self explanatory. But I can say this episode reveals a or one of many "root" cause(s) of why someone may be angry/upset with you, without actually saying the real reason why they are mad. What are your reasons, what are their reasons? and once you figure that out I promise you'll be just as surprised as I was when I dug deep within and figured out the reasons of my anger. Tune in to reveal the secret!
In this particular episode, honestly it wasn't suppose to be an episode. This episode is full of my own personal thought patterns that I've personally noticed/battled with in the past and overcome and some I am still working with. While this episode may not have a specific topic or target, I just hope that every one is able to become one with themselves one day. With time restriction of 30 minutes, I wasn't able to go into full detail about everything I wanted or else it would've been a couple of ours of chatter, which is why it seemed to be all over the place (haha, much like my brain). So a lot may make sense, a lot may not and that's usually how life tends to work out anyways right?. Just thought I give myself an opportunity to be more vulnerable with my listeners.
Have you ever thought to yourself "I'm having a bad day". Only to come to the realization that it was just a bad moment. I have, and often times the way we perceive the things we've experienced effect our perspective/better judgement, causing us to create situations that are only within the mind. Within this episode we explore ways to raise our awareness of this form of self-sabotage and ways to change our perspective regarding what we may judge/feel how or what a bad moment, bad day or bad life is.
(My mission here in this episode is to not tell you what to do, how to run your life or to come off as rude, though you may be triggered. But to show you through insight and experience that this is a common habit or a common pattern for many of us, myself especially. So see this as "my healing starts now trigger".)
