It's episode two and Johnny has some work to do, in the gym as well as in his mates office creating a social media profile.

We meet Barry, Johnny's trainer and we meet Dan, Johnny's friend. On a totally unrelated side note, Rick, Barry and Dan never seem to be in the same room at the same time. Anyway, please enjoy the latest episode of Roped Off!

NewAgeBoxing has changed, this is Roped Off.

Roped Off is a fictional depiction of the life of an aspiring young heavyweight boxer "Johnny Flashlight"and his manager "Rick Ronman". Tune in each week to hear how Rick handles Johnny's career and where Johnny's ambition will take him.

Martin and I get together for a pod - at last!

Though, fair warning, it's not a sunny one,but what it does do is explain our recent absence from the podcasting scene. Make of it what you will and of course your reactions will always be valued, however the take shape.

We pop in with an emergency pod.

We get the pleasure of a follow up with Hall of Famer Buddy McGirt. We speak about the win against Anthony Yarde, the tragedy of Maxim Dadashev, what Commissions could do differently, Buddy's Hall of Fame induction and of course, the upcoming bout with a certain Canelo Alvarez.

(Apologies for any sound issues, blame the distance between the UK & the US!)

Seocnd attempt at uploading this, apologies for lack of waffle..

Not a massive amount going on during Boxing's down time, but we turn up for a -not very quick - review of Anthony Yarde's attempting at wrestling away the WBO crown from Sergei Kovalev.

We also touch on the upcoming Lomachenko demolition of Luke Campbell, whoops, I mean the tough but equal bout between .... no, wait I mean what I said in the first place, otherwise I'd have deleted it, wouldn't I..

Finally, get your submissions in for badges people. The entries so far have been incredible, so thank you!
