Have you ever wanted to listen to two people discuss the physics of falling up into a chimney at such an angle that it would break your neck on the way in but not prevent the rest of your body from sliding down enough to not be visible from the road? It's beginning to look a lot like... January. Well, Christmas may have come and gone but that doesn't mean we can't still wrap ourselves in the warm embrace of 50s yule tide crooning. Pour yourself a hot chocolate and snuggle up next to a crackling fire for Allyson and Zach's episode on White Christmas!

And so closes the chapter of Zach's life where he had not yet seen all the Indiana Jones movies. It was a struggle to get him to agree to watch this one considering how he felt about Temple of Doom (my personal favorite) but with the right amount of threats and bribery Allyson can get Zach to watch just about anything. 

Finally we get to discuss one of my favorite movies of all time: George of the Jungle. We'll discuss the nuances of Brendan Fraser's performance, the sweet visual effects.. wait.. this episode is Temple of Doom. I'm genuinely upset.

It was an incredible moment when Allyson realized Zach had never seen the Indiana Jones trilogy. I still can't believe it myself, but I would never mock Zach as cruelly as Allyson did that day. Luckily he's seen the first one now so the torment has lessened but he still has 2 more to get through. Will he survive the abuse? Stay tuned!

Zach was feeling jittery and paranoid from all the horror movies so Allyson decided to take things to the warm soothing embrace of Disney. He was, however, SHOCKED to find The Great Mouse Detective has drugs, guns, booze, smoking and burlesque dancing.. but not altogether disappointed.

Happy Halloween Eve folks! Since Zach has been living under a rock for the past 7 years he hasn't seen The Conjuring yet and Allyson decided it was time to change all that nonsense. Come along for our last hurrah during spooooky season with this "modern classic" horror film!

Spooky season is almost over, but we won't let it leave without a struggle and a short monologue about our motives. Zach and Allyson are joined by their latest guest, Kaya, on this episode covering perhaps the 90's most iconic horror film: Scream. 

Allyson and special guest Chris Bartlett are going to bring Zach to the pinnacle of the 80s horror/comedy mountain with The Lost Boys. The question is.. will he think the movie is a noodle.. or a worm? Only one way to find out!

If only Zach's innocence could be preserved in wax he'd be able to experience this movie for the first time endlessly. And doesn't that sound wonderful.. or like some kind of hell. I'm not totally sure, but I do know that he watched it for the first time just for your listening pleasure. So don't say he's never done anything for you.
