Roswell, New Mexico is a science fiction drama series on The CW that first premiered in 2019. Though it’s based on the Roswell High book series by Melinda Metz, and draws elements from the 1999 TV adaptation starring Shiri Appleby, it is not a pure remake of either. The newer series jumps ten years into the main characters' futures while reimagining much of their backstory, relationships and abilities.
