Welcome back to another episode of Rough Edges! In this week's episode, Sarah is joined by special guest, Rebecca Colvin. Rebecca was diagnosed with bipolar depression in her teens, 14 years ago. She graduated with a major in music and a minor in psychology in 2017. In 2017, she also officially moved out to San Antonio, Texas and has been there ever since. In 2021, she started an Instagram account designed to help give hope and spread positivity regarding bipolar wellness, called @hellobipolarpositivity. This account has enabled her to meet people from all walks of life who have bipolar and other mental illnesses.
Join these ladies as they discuss Rebecca's experience with bipolar disorder, the importance of maintaining an optimistic outlook on life, how audiobooks helped her learn how to manage her bipolar disorder, and how faith helped her find hope in the midst of sorrow.
