Amber White served our country in the Army. Despite letting go of her athletic aspirations she still used what she learned through sports to help her excel in the military. Amber comes on to discuss discipline and what it takes to become disciplined. She speaks on how it is not something that happens magically but rather it's learned over time. Currently, Amber is pursuing body building and strives to become the best at everything she does in life. 

Yet another one of Cole's friends join the Roughnecks Podcast. Carlos was one of Cole's first friends when he arrived on Ohio Wesleyan's campus.
