With Cain back from his sickbed and Rob having enjoyed his Italian tour, they are back with Nathan and special guest Ty Proctor, as a change to the schedule sees them talk about their favourite 1-7s from the other teams whilst Ty reveals his Australian 1-7 and favourite team.

In a special episode, the boys also talk extensively to Ty regarding all things British Speedway and in general.  This is certainly an episode not to be missed, although the volume may need to be adjusted to hear Nathan.  A hiccup which will be corrected, we hope you enjoy.
