This week the team are joined by friend of the show Tom Ridgway, as he replaces Rob, who makes his way back from Poland in what has been a hectic week of World Speedway as Great Britain exceeded expectations and picked up a Silver Medal in the World Cup. Cain has made his way back to Cumbria, and joins proceedings as we welcome Antonio Lindback onto the show after his return to World Speedway with Sweden as they just missed out on a Final spot. We have the usual previews and reviews, as another tornado sweeps through town with Connor Bailey picking up Rider of the Week.
