After the losses of both Mildenhall and Kent for 2024, will it be Oxford Speedway who come out on top again or maybe Leicester Lion Cubs will mount a fresh bid. How will the new teams of Middlesbrough and Scunthorpe/Sheffield fare?

We are joined on the show this week by new Edinburgh Monarchs Speedway Academy rider Sam McGurk as he talks about his move north of the border as well as moving up to the Championship with Workington Comets.
