Rob returns to the show this week, and is forced into a grovelling apology to super fan Chloe Davis for his failure to meet and greet on his travels to Oxford Speedway. This week we look ahead to some intriguing Premiership KO Cup action as the Quarter Finals begin.

We are joined on the show by Ipswich Witches Rising Star and current British U19 Champion Dan Thompson as he looks forward to these fixtures as well as his Championship campaign with Plymouth Gladiators.
