beautiful to have you with us for the 5th episode. We are still in Manfredonia, so east coast of Italy, just north of Bari.

In this episode we talk about the magic of our morning time, spent alone in our own energy and how important it is for both of us to make this space, no excuses total acceptance. From there we speak about the movement of energy and how we feel so deeply if we are brave. Sadly we had to delete one recording as the quality was really bad. So any reference in this one to the 'conversation yesterday' will make no sense. Oh well we are learning and embracing it all.

You know how you sometimes talk about something for a long time and never do it? Well that was us (Frankie and Swanny) and our podcast. After many of our beautiful conversations we would conclude 'Should have recorded this?'. Yeap, should have, could have, would have. And then one day, while playing tennis at Lake Garda, it came to us, we should just record. Let's just experiment how it feels to talk into a microphone. We agreed, we do it for 30 days, everyday one recording. And we did.

This is the 1st recording. No script. No pre-agreed topic. Just two Rounds in a Square world having a conversation.
