Russia’s war in Ukraine has raised fears in Bosnia and Kosovo that their vulnerable states could be attacked next.

They have re-emphasised joining the other 30 NATO countries.

So Sergei Lavrov has told The West that the risk of nuclear conflict should not be underestimated.

It’s the starkest warning yet that stakes are being raised in the conflict over Ukraine. Lavrov was asked on Russian Tv about the possibility of nuclear war.

'No rubles, no gas’ the shutdown is no longer unthinkable. Russia has turned off gas supplies to Poland and Bulgaria over refusal to pay in Russian money.

The Kremlin also warned that any countries refusing to pay in rubles could face the same fate. The demands came as a response to the West's tight sanctions on Russia over the attack on Ukraine. 

So, who’s gas might be cut off next?
