Tip from Tara:
Buying the gear is one thing, actually putting it into use to improve your rowing is another.
Incorporating a gadget like an action camera into your athlete’s betterment or your coaching staff’s benefit has to be just as much in the forefront.
For example, you can do video analysis on-the-spot, or post-practice sessions can be set up ahead of time, either by yourself or with a coach.
Try creating a YouTube channel to share voice-over commentary on a video; or add subtitles with questions/ideas to consider.
Also useful are side-by-side comparison videos/photos with same athlete over time or with a goal athlete.
