In this episode, we break down some major questions we believe customers should know the answers to when they reach out to a company like ours to address their underground plumbing problems. What size is your pipe? What type of pipe is it? What is the access from your house, building, etc? How often are you experiencing backups? These are all questions we at Royal Flush will need to know in the screening process to understand if your situation is the right fit for our epoxy pipe lining technology.

In this episode, we talk about a variety of topics. The first one being our new jet/vac truck and the services we can offer because of it. With our ability to jet and vac catch basins, combined with our new excavation division, we're able to offer more solutions to a customer's underground plumbing issues. Second, we recently completed a project at a trailer park. Contrary to the perception that trailer parks lack funding, this particular customer had more than enough funds saved to fix their plumbing issues.

In this scenario, the customer reached out to another company to line her pipes. This business doesn't actually do anything in the pipe lining world, so without her knowledge, they were going to "subcontract" the project to another company.
