Roz Purcell is a busy busy woman and one of Weekend Breakfast's favourite people to follow online.

She always uses her platform for good. Whether it be healthy food or hiking.

'The Hike Life' is something she started up a few years and she recently wrote a piece for the Irish Times called ‘32 great hikes around Ireland’ – one in every County.

It has provided her with an outlet for body and mind. Roz says that her mindfulness is in the mountains.

Ironically, she agreed to come on the show just before she broke her leg (see below) and detailed the gruesome experience on her Instagram! She wasn't even on a hike ...it was tennis!

Rambo Roz didn't even seek the Doctor after breaking it. She didn't think it was painful enough to be a break!
