Drivers unions take center point after the charter system and driver contracts have made a mess of thing, and the Tony Stewart case rears its’ ugly head yet again. In F1, a feel good story is shot down before could even get on the grid, while the retired Felipe Massa is all but retired. Sebastian Vettel complains that fans are complaining, and thinks that Formula 1 should be boring. Indy car has a few switch ups planned for 2018, mostly in the cockpits. In the local segment we talk about the new 3/8 mile track at Bridgeport, then we give a nod to the Garden State Vintage Stock Car Club and our condolences on the passing of treasurer Paul Hayes.
