സ്വകാര്യ പങ്കാളിത്തത്തില്‍ രാജ്യത്ത് 100 സൈനിക സ്‌കൂളുകള്‍ തുടങ്ങാന്‍ കേന്ദ്ര സര്‍ക്കാര്‍ തീരുമാനിച്ചിരിക്കുന്നു. ഇതില്‍ 62 ശതമാനം സ്‌കൂളുകളും ആര്‍.എസ്.എസ് അനുഭാവ സംഘടനകള്‍ക്കും ബി.ജെ.പി- സഖ്യകക്ഷി നേതാക്കള്‍ക്കുമാണ് അനുവദിച്ചിരിക്കുന്നത്. ഇതുവരെ ഔദ്യോഗിക വിദ്യാഭ്യാസ സംവിധാനത്തിന്റെ ഭാഗമായിരുന്ന സൈനിക സ്‌കൂളുകള്‍ അങ്ങനെ അനൗദ്യോഗിക ഹിന്ദുത്വ വിദ്യാഭ്യാസ കേന്ദ്രങ്ങളായി മാറുകയാണ്. നരേന്ദ്രമോദി സര്‍ക്കാറിന്റെ പത്തുവര്‍ഷങ്ങളില്‍ ദേശീയ വിദ്യാഭ്യാസ മേഖലയില്‍ സംഭവിച്ച പ്രതിലോമകരമായ മാറ്റങ്ങള്‍ അനാവരണം ചെയ്യുന്ന പരമ്പരയുടെ ആദ്യ ഭാഗം. കെ.വി. മനോജ് സംസാരിക്കുന്നു.

The central government has decided to start 100 military schools in the country with private participation. Of these, 62 percent of the schools have been allotted to RSS sympathizers and BJP-allied leaders. Military schools, which were hitherto part of the official education system, are thus turning into unofficial centers of Hindutva education.
