The FBI has returned a pair of ruby slippers from the Wizard of Oz to their out of state owner —nearly two decades after a thief stole them from a northern Minnesota museum.

And parts of Minnesota could see significant snow over the next week. MPR meteorologist Sven Sundgaard says there'll be a warm-up tomorrow before another shot of cold air on Wednesday, ahead of the precipitation.
