Scott Lawrence is the Head Coach, General Manager and co- owner of Rugby ATL, the Atlanta region's professional rugby franchise of Major League Rugby. 

There is not much Scott has not achieved in American rugby. He is a former USA Eagle, Head Coach and Director of Performance at Life University and has coached every level of men's age grade and senior USA Rugby teams. 

Scott wears multiple hats within the franchise and provides us an insight into running, coaching and management of Rugby ATL.

From Brisbane, Australia, Paul has coached all around the world including Stade Français, Swansea, Germany and Chile. Paul is acutely aware of the challenges the game faces in developing rugby nations but is optimistic about the sport's growth in the U.S.

Originally hailing from Queanbeyan, Australia, Nate Osborne is the Head Coach of NOLA Gold and the longest serving head coach in Major League Rugby. Before taking the reins at NOLA, Nate played for and coached Metropolis RFC and was an assitant coach to the USA Eagles in the 2015 Rugby World Cup.

We chat with Nate about how his initial twelve-week visit to the States to play some rugby turned into a permanent move, the lessons he learned from coaching at a World Cup along with NOLA's faith in young American rugby players.

Coach Andrew Douglas is the Head Coach of the Old Glory D.C. Old Glory joined Major League Rugby as a full member in 2020 and went 4-1 before the pandemic struck. We chat with Coach Douglas about his journey around the world as a rugby coach, a typical training week for the Old Glory team and areas of focus for the 2021 season.

Andrew coached the New Zealand Schools team and Waikato in his native New Zealand before coaching in Italy and Japan ahead of taking over at Old Glory D.C.

Paul Sheehy is a former 7s and 15s USA Eagle who featured in the 1991 Rugby World Cup. Vince Sheehy Sr started Sheehy Autos in 1965 with a single Ford dealership but the Sheehy family has grown the business to 30 dealerships with over 2,000 employees and over $1.5 billion in annual sales.

Allen Clarke is a former Ulster and Ireland international player. Following his playing career, Allen went straight into coaching with roles at Ulster and the Ireland Rugby Football Union. In 2017 Allen coached the Ospreys, initially as an assistant coach before taking over the head coach role for the 2018 season. 

"Too good to turn down" is how Clarke describes the opportunity at the Dallas Jackals and Major League Rugby. Allen also chats about how he got the role, building the future for the new franchise and the fundamentals he intends to implement with the Jackals.

Scott Sonju is the President of Neltex Sports, co-owners of the Dallas Jackals. Earning his MBA  at Northwestern's Kellogg School of Management before going on to serve as President and General Manager of the Frisco RoughRiders, (Minor League Baseball). The RoughRiders were the best attended games, of all 30 Double-A teams, for 11 consecutive years .

In his role as President of the Dallas Jackals, we chat with Scott about developing the culture within the Jackals, plans for fan engagement on match days and the long term rugby future for the Dallas-Fort Worth  area .

The Dallas Jackals are one of two new franchises playing their inaugural season of Major League Rugby.
