William (Bill) Webb is the President, General Partner and Majority Owner of the Toronto Arrows, Canada's sole Major League Rugby franchise. 

Formerly Executive Vice President and Chief Investment Officer at Gluskin Sheff & Associates, Bill is currently a Partner at Waypoint Investment Partners Inc. Amongst other attributes, Bill is a financial analyst and a portfolio manager. He is also a long time board member of Rugby Canada and an advisor to Toronto's Inner City Rugby Foundation. 

In this conversation, we learn of Bill's background and why it made sense to invest in the Toronto Arrows and Major League Rugby. Bill outlines his vision for the future of his team, for Rugby Canada and for the sport in North America. 

Brandon Sparks is the Director of Rugby at the Utah Warriors, overseeing the day to day commitments of the team. He is also the former coach of the University of Michigan and the women's Collegiate All-Americans. Brandon is also an avid fight fan who boasts a record of 11-1 in MMA!

Wallaby #749 and with 78 Australian appearances to his name, Chris Latham is the Head Coach of the Utah Warriors and a legend of the game. Chris appeared in 3 Rugby World Cups and a famous British & Irish Lions test series.

Part II - New England Free Jacks Rugby

Newly appointed Head Coach of the New England Free Jacks, Ryan Martin joins us from New Zealand for the second part of episode one.
