They talk about the physical versus the digital and the importance of sensory experiences. 

Host Arthur Elsenaar talks to iii artist Mariska de Groot about her fascination with circles and making sound from light. Crochet is Mariska's most recent project: a visual music installation with strong cinematographic references, where kinetics and old-fashioned craft meet each other in a surprising way. The work is part of Mariska’s ongoing research into wave movements and the interference between frequencies and patterns.

Arthur Elsenaar is an artist, former radio and television pirate, radio dj and electrical engineer. His main occupation has been the artistic exploration of the computer-controlled human face. A main driver and inspiration is the emphemeral nature of electricity and its intimate relationship with the human body, which played a decisive historic role in the harnessing of electricity. His electro-facial choreographic work has been shown world-wide and is part of museum collections.

Arthur Elsenaar interviews iii resident Jesus Canuto Iglesias about doing a residency (virtually) during the current COVID-19 crisis, making sound installations with step motors, his current work "last song of a two-stroke engine", and memories associated with smells and sounds.
