In this episode, we break down the 4 stages of what defines a habit (Trigger, Cue, Desire, Reward) and how being aware of these stages can drastically change our life. We strongly believe that it is difficult to completely get rid of a habit so instead, we replace them with new and better ones that we want to incorporate in our lives. By creating new habits and combining habits together such as going for a run while listening to an audio-book, helps us get more done without needing more time.
