Today we take a trip back to when Covid first happened. Aside from medical issues that some have had to face, we have all faced
changes to our day to day routine. The point of this podcast is, to use Running to help cope with life stressors and NEVER be
used as a stressor itself!
I spent 7 years of my running adventures focusing on weight loss. I glossed over my accomplishments, ran up to 50 mile races, completed triathlons, and felt disappointed when I still didn't fit into a size 8. I had kids and then realized that running was so much more of a gift to me than weight loss. I have never loved running or myself more than now that I have chosen to take weight loss out off of my running goal list. It's so freaking freeing!
