You can spin this weeks titles any number of ways...

I wanted a song title that contained the word 'run' (or running) as that was one of the topics that I mused on this week

I erred over 'Born To Run' but in my case that couldn't be further from the truth, 'Runnin' Down A Dream' could have worked but it somehow felt a bit negative and I probably should have gone with 'Running Up That Hill' - as it works both metaphorically and literally

But in the end, and because of the unique reason why it found it's way into this weeks episode I went with the Van Halen classic...
