A deal must be struck between a loan shark and a borrower but these things are always a little complicated. Especially when one has preconceived notions of what's going to happen.

Bart, Laura, and the demons get the confrontation they want but will it go the way each of them want? Or will things only get weirder and weirder?

Things begin to unravel for a lot of creatures as the struggle to stay alive becomes paramount. Demons, humans, and angels all do their best to come out on top.

Everyone is fighting for survival on their realms and other places. Things aren't going well for anyone as they claw to what existence they have.

Deals are struck by demons to get them closer to what they want. But a deal with a demon is never a sure thing. Bart and Laura though find themselves in a precarious situation and at the end of potential violence.

Demons and human's alike are looking for information and answers to get an advantage over one another. It's a race to secure a lead and any chance to figure out who is doing what to try and end the world.

A new collection of children is being gathered as Xevian does the bidding of the demons. Laura and Bart, however, are at a loss going here and there looking for clues to direct themselves to solving what's gone on. 

Bart and Laura plot their next moves as demons move to solidify their foothold. Malphas though, finds himself under pressure since there maybe other forces at work against him.

The more Bart and Laura look into the mess of a case the more dead ends they seem to find. All while the other groups are now on the move to take what they want.
