Brian comes to us with an Irish accent and an inspiring story,

Here is an individual who was always interested in exercising.  The other aspect to his workouts was he was a smoker.

Molly ran her first race , the Marine Corps Marathon, after telling her friend over ten times "NO."

She overcame a stress fracture and is now over the moon with running over 85 ultras and next up is 7,7,7'

Jess Mullen is an inspirtation of setting goals, challenging her body.  She overcame set backs and came back strong.

She will be completing her 100th , 100 mile run in early 2025.  

She lives in the land of curiosity as opposed to judging herself.  

She learned the power of tapping on one of her 100 mile runs which eliminated her anxiety
