Pastor Eddie explains, that each and every day God is working in you to make you look more like Him. And that is a beautiful thing.

God is so gracious, but even He has His limits. We often think that God is endlessly compassionate, but the truth is, there are only so many times that you can deny Him before He denies you in return. Pastor Eddie reminds us in today’s message that our free will is without end; you always have the option of turning away from God. But if you do that, you can’t be surprised when Christ says to you at the end, “Depart from Me, I never knew you.”

Sometimes we think that God’s processes are the same as our own, but that couldn’t be further from the truth. Pastor Eddie reminds us in today’s message that, when God created this earth, He simply spoke, and It Was. When the end of this world comes, the fight between Christ and Evil won’t even be a fight. God will speak and endless amounts of destruction will occur. When that time comes, which side do you really want to be on?

If you’re not well versed in your job, customers or clients can easily take advantage of you. The same can be said of Christians who don’t study the Word of God. Today, Pastor Eddie warns us against taking people at their word; whether it’s from ignorance or manipulation, people will take advantage of you not knowing what you should know. Avoid being exploited by getting into the Bible; study it, and know it, so that when necessary, you can stand up for it.

There are some churches that use hell as a fear-driving tactic; other churches try to avoid talking about hell altogether. What Pastor Eddie reminds us of in today’s message is that, while both approaches have their place in the church, neither of them has the power to truly change lives. It’s the love of God – His grace and mercy and forgiveness – that really has an impact on people. Fear of hell will always be secondary to the Love of Christ.

We – as a society – have a very elementary understanding of what love is. We think we know; Hollywood pretends to know… but just look at our skyrocketing divorce rates. If we truly knew what love was, we would be able to grow and adapt with one another; we’d be understanding and forgiving. Today, Pastor Eddie reminds us that, in order to know what love is, we must first have faith in Christ. Without faith, love holds no weight.

We all know how following instructions works; you can’t bake bread unless you let it rise first or put siding on a house until it’s been built. Today, Pastor Eddie reminds us that grace and peace are always listed in this order because you must first have grace to have peace. If you don’t understand the grace of God, then you’ll never feel His peace. The world doesn’t know true peace because most people have never experienced God’s great grace.

If you listen to a variety of pastors across thousands of

churches, you’ll realize their messages aren’t all the same. Well,

today, Pastor Eddie explains that there are many false teachers

inside and among churches. They twist, discredit, or ignore

scripture and the Holy Spirit. So, the warning is, test everything

you hear against the bible. Don’t simply believe everything.

Test it. And dismiss it if it conflicts with or contradicts the Bible. It is

not of God!

The world is full of difficult people. And it can be hard to be

loving, kind, and patient to others. It feels better to be right, to be

the greatest, but that is not what God would have of you. Today,

Pastor Eddie will encourage you to go against human tendency

and seek to show love, goodness, service, and mercy to others.

This is how Christ has treated you, so you are to turn around and

show the world this. This is how you show them Christ.
