One of the most radical transformations that we read about in the Bible is the story of the apostle Paul. When we first read about him, he was killing Christians and leading the charge against them. After he met Jesus on the road to Damascus, he ended up writing a majority of the New Testament. In today's message, Pastor Eddie will be sharing some of Paul's final words and encouraging us to live with the same convictions that Paul had.

Sometimes we can get discouraged when we invest so much in someone, and they don't seem to respond to the gospel. It's important that we don't let ourselves get too deterred from this. In today's message, Pastor Eddie will be sharing about God's heart for all people to be saved. We know that it is God's will for people to know him. We can trust his patience and his timing. He always sees the full picture when we only get a glimpse.

Paul finishes up his final letter to Timothy with a simple instruction to preach the word. Paul is making it clear that the word of God and the message that it carries is a solution for many of Timothy's issues. In today's message, Pastor Eddie will be giving us the same encouragement. We are to go out and preach the word to the people in our lives. This may not always look like being in a pulpit, it might look like coffee with a friend.

One of the primary reasons why Paul is writing these letters to Timothy is so that he can instruct him on how to teach and run the church! In today's message, Pastor Eddie will be sharing about the importance of teaching the younger generation about living a life for Jesus. If we're not careful we can be distracted by pursuing the things of this world. They’re not necessarily bad things, but they can distract us from the greater things in Christ!

A common theme when we read the Bible is the idea of waiting on God. Right before Jesus ascended to heaven, he told his disciples to wait. We read stories in the Old Testament where God tells his people to wait. In today's message, Pastor Eddie will be sharing the importance of waiting on God. Waiting on God can be hard because we tend to be impatient. But it's better to do something in his timing than to rush it in our own timing!

Jesus was more than just the perfect sacrifice for our sins. He also demonstrated what it looked like to live a perfect life. He was 100% God and 100% man, yet he did not sin! In today's message, Pastor Eddie will be giving us the charge to live like Christ! The process of sanctification is a lifelong journey of becoming more and more like Jesus. While we are on this journey, we will have the Holy Spirit helping us along the way!

When Jesus walked the earth, he said that he came to give life and life abundantly. There are so many things in the Christian walk that will satisfy us and give us a life of pleasure! In today's message, Pastor Eddie will be encouraging us to hold on to the pleasures that we have in Christ and not the world. We know that Christ is in our hearts. We should live feeling fulfilled, knowing that Christ is closer than our very skin. He lives inside of us!

When we look back at the 10 commandments there was only one commandment that was given with a promise. Honor your Father and mother that your days may be long on the land that God has given you. In today's message, Pastor Eddie will be sharing about the importance we raise our children up in the Lord. It can be tempting to let schools or society educate our children. But we have a responsibility to teach them about Godly values!

When Jesus came, he came preaching a message of repentance. Oftentimes when we think of the word repents, it comes with a negative connotation. In today's message, Pastor Eddie will be sharing about this word and what it actually means. Repent means to change your mind on how you think about something. This was the message that Jesus spread when it came to the Kingdom of God. Repentance is not a one-time action; it is a daily action.

When we read the Bible, the reality sets in that we will all mess up at one point or another. However, despite all our shortcomings God still chooses to use us in his plan. In today's message, Pastor Eddie will be teaching us about God's promise he made to never leave or forsake us. This is a promise that can carry us through some of the hardest of seasons. When we know that we are loved by God it makes persevering through this life a little easier!
