I have run many marathons and several ultra distance races since 2008, but none of them have impacted my life in the same way as that first fateful race. I am not exaggerating when I tell you that this process changed the course of my life. You may have heard of “Couch to 5k” running programs. Well I went from “Couch to 26.2 miles” in six months. As a run coach I would never recommend that to a client as a safe or smart route to take, but it is the route I took and it changed my life. Welcome to Episode 1 of Running to Myself.
