In recent months, many of us have considered picking up running, but if you’re blind or visually impaired you might be looking at running with a sighted guide. 

RNIB Connect Radio’s Paulina Kuchorew spoke with Melissa Blume, a VI runner from the US, and her friend and guide Brooke Danielson. The two met through Achilles International, an organisation which transforms the lives of people with disabilities through athletic programs and social connection.
