In this episode of the Runpreneur Vlog, Kevin explains the concept, and how using your attentional space to focus effectively can boost your productivity. He touches on the book 'Hyperfocus' by Chris Bailey and gives a high level overview of hyperfocus and scatterfocus, highlighting how using your attentional space on high level tasks will move you towards your goals and milestones more quickly.
Kevin also discusses ways in which we can increase attentional space and preserve your energy.

What is the Runpreneur Podcast all about?
Kevin Brittain is a devoted family man, serial entrepreneur, property investor, property educator, business mentor, keen runner and now a vlogger. Kevin challenged himself to run every day for a year and, while doing so, documented his journey through the Runpreneur Vlog, Blog and Podcasts, where he publishes new content daily.
This podcast aims to help entrepreneurs overcome the emotions of stress, overwhelm, and anxiety by using exercise (in his case, running) as a release mechanism for the daily pressures people all experience. He aims to share educational content on his business journey.
This running-vlogging endeavour also aims to raise £1,000,000 to donate to six chosen children’s charities to represent the top six issues that affect today’s children. He embarks on run-vlogging a minimum of 5km daily, the distance of one lap worldwide (40,075 km), bare-foot style. This epic journey will take him 15 years to finish, but he hopes to partner with people who believe in the children's dreams.
