In this episode we discuss how we both have a little bit of tomboy in us but we also love to explore our girlie side as well.  Especially being that we are both boy moms.  

Jenna explains how over the years being titled as both a tomboy and girlie girl has gone from being something that she thought was viewed as weird or out of the ordinary to something that she has learned to embrace and use as an asset.  

Our conversation about the girlie things we do ultimately led to some ways we do self care.  We encourage you to do something for yourself once in a while and embrace every part of what makes you YOU!!

It's that time of year where sickness can sneak up on you and your family.  It's awful when your kid spikes a fever in the middle of the night and when you go to get them medicine you realize you are out. Living rural means no 24 hour pharmacy near by.

In this episode we chat about how we prepare for sickness season and what we do when the sickness eventually hits our household. Ashlea also shares what drives her nuts when people talk about sickness.

We've had crazy busy summer schedules so far that have not allowed us to hook up and record as often as we like, so on this episode we decided to just catch up on life.  You'll hear about a couple of fun vacations we been on, if we were blessed enough to get rain, and how the crops are looking in our area.
